Found it very relaxing, room very comfortable. All staff most helpful
Our room was nice and quiet. the bathroom was easy to use especially the shower which was walk in. The breakfast was fine. The parking was easy and close to the hotel recption
IWe both found the decor inside the hotel oppresive, all dark shades of grey to black - spooky ! I would not want to stay for long owing to the colour scheme, which I feel spoils an excellant hotel.
The hotel is very new and therefore very impressive in terms of decor. However I would question how well our room had been cleaned. There were hairs in the bath tub and small lego pieces by the bed. We checked in late as had been to a concert so did not have the energy or inclination to change rooms.
quick acess to london , or to countryside whichever you are away for great restraunt on site
no toiletries in bath room ,
It's not too far from Wembley which is why we stayed there.
We were given a disabled room with single twin beds, not the double twin beds we were expecting. You could not order your breakfast to your room. We were told that we would have to 'get it ourselves and could then bring it up to the room'. The room looked over the car park and onto the industrial estate, not very pleasant.
Not a lot really, the room was small but ok. Food in the bar was very average although quite cheap. Breakfast not even available.
8Am start time for breakfast is simply not good enough. We were told at check in that a cold breakfast (bread, juice etc.) would be available at 7am but the waiter refused to allow us into the dining room. Very poor service.
Let me start by saying the staff were very helpful. Our stay was brief and limited to time. We got there at 1730 and booked a taxi at 1830 so we had 1 hour to get to room, change and grab a quick bite to eat. We were given a twin room and when we got there there was already someone clothes in the room. We went back to recetion and they changed our room unfortunately it was a double as there was no twin rooms left. We were compensated with 2 £18 vouchers to spend on food and drink on either The Verve or The Victory. Food was ordered while we were getting sorted in the room. Next day there was no shower gel in the room and there was a thick layer of dust on the shelves in the bathroom which is very unhygenic and did make me feel a little uncomfortable. On the whole it was satisfactory though. Some staff not aware what is accepted in their area of work though. The Victory were not aware that vouchers could be used there which delayed us by a further 10 mins the next day as we only had 45mins for lunch before taxi arrived to take us to station.
The rooms are clean and the staff are helpful.
As a vegetarian, and there not being food outlets nearby as far as I could see, I ate at the restaurant. There is virtually no choice for vegetarians and the 'special' was described as a pasta with sun dried tomatoes and spinach. In fact it had a lot of cheese sauce made with goats' cheese, which I hate! I couldn't eat it.
Staff very welcoming and informative, the room modern and well equiped, and the breakfast offered a variety of choice to cater for all requirements. We felt relaxed and thoroughly enjoyed our stay from start to finish, we would definately use your hotels again. One minor thing we needed an early start and could have done with breakfast at 7.30, but stayed on until 8.00 a good option as breakfast was excellent!!!
Very convenient Location for visiting our daughter at her school
It was close to wembley stadium and handy as all the other people who had been to the concert were going back into the city and had to wait to get a tube as it was packed. Ours was going out of the city and was easy to get on
It was a little bit out of the way and we had to get a taxi to get to the hotel
I would like to know why I was charged so much for my room £105 for 1 night bed and breakfast - even the hotel staff asked if i'd been upgraded for the price. Before and after I booked the price changed to £85 per night
Cleanliness of room Breakfast was lovely Hotel situated not far from london city centre - short commute as we had the car Friendly staff - more than happy to help
Facilities like bar etc could have maybe been open slightly later but apart from that everything was superb
Staff gave a warm welcome, were able to answer and give advise on travel into London. Rooms spcacious and clean. Bed very comfortable. Nice size bathroom with walk in shower. Gym and swimming pool lloked very good but as we only stayed one night did not have time to use them. Nice bar and restaurent area plus a starbucks. Good location for Wembley Stadium if you don't want to be in the centre of London. At short taxi ride to Stanmore tube station and then direct to Wembley Park on the Jubilee line.
very poor service...charge me an extra £27 for an upgrade i never ask for or was even told about... no room service after 10pm
